By 1st May,  410 registrations and 250 abstracts were received. Nevertheless, some participants (including invited speakers of symposia) are still not registered. A good new for them (and other colleagues interested but still not registered in the Conference) is that:

Early registration, submitting and editing abstracts is possible to 20 MAY 2010!

New web page of the 15th IBRC with the second announcement, detailed information on all Conference technicalities, and forms for registration, accommodation, submitting abstracts and payments already, after endless testing, appeared at www.conference.cz/IBRC !  The new conference web site is SSL certified (Thawte certificate) and tested for security of all personal data and financial operations.  The old web page (this one) will remain active and will serve for communication of ad hoc news and program items.

The present web page is just the first announcement of the Conference; the proper Conference web page - with all details and interactive forms for registration, accommodation, abstracts, applications for discounts is available at www.conference.cz/IBRC.

The major Symposia of the Conference (mostly proposed by the Scientific Committee) are listed at the Programme page. We hope, of course, that the list of Symposia to be held within the framework of the 15^th IBRC will still be enlarged, and we are eagerly looking forward to your proposals. If you intend to organize a symposium or workshop please inform the organizers as soon as possible. You should outline the title of the Symposium, briefly describe the topic to be addressed and the expected invited speakers.  The official call for symposia and lectures will appear on the definitive Conference web page in autumn, and the deadline for symposia and workshop proposals will be in February 2010. We expect that by that date the conveners of the particular symposia will have provided a brief summary outline of the main goals of their symposia for the final web page – and, correspondingly, will present brief summaries of each symposium at the closing plenary assembly of the Conference.
